I have to say that WI cheese is the best US produced cheese I've ever had. I didn't like cheddar before I moved here, and now I try not to even get started on a chunk of it because I'll just not stop. It's just that remarkably hands down better than any other cheddar I've had elsewhere.

Cheese is awesome. A lot of my family works at Sargento, and my aunt and uncle work at the Milk Marketing Board. So we always have lots of cheese!

i was watching discover wisconsin this morning. (my grandma spent the night. her tv choice, not mine. haha.) and it was about pizza and pizza cheese. haha. stellar.

i tried to get a job at a small town cheese factory in wisco...but i didn't get hired. i tried three times...and everytime i go there to apply i realize that every employee there is caucasian! dun dun dunnn...yes, i've said it! i love cheese...but what a fascist world we live in..sigh......
