If you knwo the name of the bar you can get the public info on it. Like the owners name and maybe even some more detailed info about ex-employees since the plce no longer exist and the owner has since passed. Maybe try google: her first name and the name of the bar, or her first name and the bar and the city she lived in. If you really wanna find her you're gonna have to work on remembering her last name. The info is in your mind you just can't find it. I would say think long and hard till you remember it. Hope you find her.
