Now he is hammering on CEO salaries and harping about the CEO of Exxon making 13 million while he remains silent about the 25 million George Clooney one of his backers made last year. There was on mis information in my statement. The man is a first term senator he has 2 years of experinece at the Federal level, he has spent most of that time running for president. That is FACT! not misinformation. Funny how every time someone starts stating facts that don't reflect favorably on the socialist darlings they are branded as hypocrits. Fact Obama is supported by George Clooney who made 25 million last year but Obama chooses to attack the CEO of Exxon for making too much money when he made half as much as Obama's supporter Clooney. using myself as an example, I was awarded full custody of my children in court. That is full LEGAL and COUSTODIAL custody. How many men can say this has happened? For a judge to stand there and say that I have full custody, inherently states that I am of sound mind, connected with reality, AND know right from wrong.

Please, do not EVER use the word all when making a statement about groups again, nor make statements such as the one you made about those in disagreement with you not being of proper mind and mentality.

In your opinion a reality disconnection is the only excusable reason. However, the fact remains I am very much considered to be connected with reality. I have received custody. I hold a minimum of a ten thousand dollar bond in order to perform my work in the field of security (have held this bond for over 5 years now). The point is you can not legally speak for every single person on any given subject. So you can not make statements saying that a person is not sound of mind or anything like that just because their opinion differs from yours. It is considered defamation of character at a minimum, and if you do so with the intent to make a person look bad, you can be held accountable for slander.

So I ask again, do not make broad statements that will include myself in them, as you are unable and do not have the authority to speak on my behalf.

Obviously you have no understanding of family court and how the odds are stacked against a father. The mere fact that a father is willing to fight for custody speaks volumes for his integrity is a telling sign of a devoted parent as caring for children on a day to day basis is a job like no other. The fact that a judge awarded him custody means that the judge has faith in the man's ability to look out for the children's best interest. Let me know when you are successful in court obtaining custody and we'll see if you still want to insult the man.
