So a guy breaks into my house, I wake up we get into a fight, and I broke my hand on his face...I kept hime there till the police arrived, but he was out cold, the got and ambulance there and hauled him off..I go in a couple days for a cast, they said I had to wait for the swelling to go down...That sux!

I got charged and convicted of assault causing bodily harm for doing that to a guy a few years back.
The laws here are pretty backwards. |

Well this guy was in my living room when i got him...I musta been within my rights I guess..

A guy running away from the SWAT team fell through the roof of my appt one night right at the foot of my "Bed" I got up butt naked and kicked him into the bathroom, that F*cker broke my bathroom mirror with his face and I HAD TO PAY FOR IT... lame... but I didn't get charged because he had a knife on him...

our gov't is ****ed up ... you know if someone is trying to break into your house and 'happens to fall on a knife' or something.... they can press charges against you?

Yeah I know thats so crazy...I guess im lucky I live in red-neck KY LOL...Where unless the law has changed, its the only state that you can use deadly force if deemed needed to make a citizens arrest hehe.. |
