Topic: is it just me thats grown out of clubbing??

im 27 years old and i stopped going clubbing a few years ago, because all the night clubs are full of 16 years old just getting drunnk and high. i prefer to go to a nice restuarant or stay the night in a hotel. am i the only one??

Not old enough to club, but I've already grown out of the wild party thing. It gets old.

clubs must be different here seriously theres loads of night clubs by me, and everyone in there is arond 16. to go to the night clubs for older people, i would have to travel a long way.

I have been over the "club" scene for awhile now. Why go to a place where the music is so loud you cant even have a conversation with the person you went with.

Not at all. You've past the PARTA generation and yet still to far away from the "This week has been so busy I just want to put my feet up and watch Ghost Whisper" generation. Dinner and a movie sound good, I don't know about the motel though.

In Houston there are both kinds of clubs the nice ones where you can still talk, and the ones where you get home and find 10 wholes and beer all over your clothes. I wouldn't go near the later and I'm 24 but I'm totally up for the first.

im 27 years old and i stopped going clubbing a few years ago, because all the night clubs are full of 16 years old just getting drunnk and high. i prefer to go to a nice restuarant or stay the night in a hotel. am i the only one?? noooooooooo i dont go clubbing any more either..they are full of young ones who cant handle their drink..and to be honest they look like cattle markets..a place to pick up each other at the end of the night!! i prefer to just go to the pub for a few, takeaway , and cuddle up on the sofa!!!..the bouncers these days let all females in regardless of their age..if they look good they let them in!!!..its all wrong ..i dont want to go out with my mates and feel like im in a kindergarden!!

Why go to a place where the music is so loud you cant even have a conversation with the person you went with. i totally agree with you. theres a hotel by me, that is lit by candles, and its lovely in there. you can enjoy a glass of wine and have a good conversation, and you can hear each other,

Try going to adult clubs i.e. Swing Dance halls, Piano Bars etc... The old scene we lived so long ago is gone and has been replaced by this new hip generation that unfortunately likes to binge drink and eat whatever pill a passerby gives them..I pray that this will all come to an end..
