Please tell me what you think this is the best poem I have ever wrote that I can see so far.



Take my Strength and make it your own
Know in the darkness your never alone
Im standing beside you with a light and a heart
that will never ever abandon you
Though were miles apart
Look to my son and he'll show you to me
This was the way that it had to be
could you imagine the pain I had to bare
to see my son on the cross
and not to see you there
Sin took you away and I gave my son
to make sure it was sealed and the deal was done
You see to save you my son had to die
and yes In heaven I started to cry
No one wants to give up someone they love
but how else could I get you home to me up above
so reach out into heaven and have faith and you'll see
the glory come over you as you come back to me
close your eyes and feel my love
its all around you like air to a dove
I am waiting for you to call my name
and once you do you wont feel the same
but Know this always and have faith in my son
and I promise you soon My WILL will be done

I'm going to try to get that published I have never done a poem like that and everytime I read it I have to read it again because I still cant believe I wrote it LOL

Well steven, our creativity and our poetry speaks from within. What we feel, and what we know sometimes it's hard to put in words. But keep writing because you can only get better.
