lol i guess i'm weird i'm on here ALL the time..lol gives me something

Well his surgery is scheduled for January 10th and as of right now I am
still the only match that has stepped up, so it looks lik I will be gone
for a few weeks unless some new donor program works out for him, he
really doesn't want me to do this but its my dad ya know?

Me, too. It gives me a break from small town life. I love my family, job
and friends here, but I really like to expand a bit on the ole'
horizons. It's cool to meet different people w/ various opinions and
personalities. I like people who are strait up...sometimes in small
towns people turn into "yes-men" to please the majority. I am so not
into the majority thing. I am to opinionated......and mouthy. LMAO

Oh, God yeah, Poet. I don't blame you. I am very close w/ my dad also
and he has some serious health issues. Are you nervous about it?

TOILET PAPER PACKED IN FROINT OF MY NOSE AND
IM LENING MY HEAD BACKWARDS AND TRYING TO TELL STRANGERS TO CALL, ME A
CAB,,,SO TO GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM, AND
WOW,,,,,YUK, I LOOKED LIKE A BEAT UP BOXER,,,LOL
BUT THEN I HAD MY NOSE PACKED AND HE JUST KEPT FEEFING THAT DAMM ROLL OG
GAUAZE UP IN THERE MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND,,,,,,,WOW, YES I KNOW THAT
FEELING.......WOW I HATE TO TYPE?

Also, what is the expected recovery time for you each? Do you have more
family to help care for the both of you while you recover? Is your con
close by? There are so many facets to consider....I can only imagine.

Yeah, Iam...you tend to forget it's gauze and wonder how much of your

I didn't say anything yet but it was splashed all over another post
involving my drama

My dad is a diabetic and has bad kidneys and needs one
recovery time 6 weeks
I'll be going to New Jersey where my dad lives to do this
My dad has bn talking about naother donor program but I am not o clear
on it, something about your spouse can donate to another person and
thier spouse can donate to you if all are matches

I live right next door to my brother so I will be taken care of and my
dad is remarried and his wife will care for him

i'm so sorry CCP! I wish the best for you both as you are a very storng
person and i'm sure sence u are ur father is also! and you both will be
able to do this and recover fine!

I just heard something about that program on t.v. the other night...the
donor exchange. Yeah they match you up w/ someone whose partner matches
your partner and you "exchange" organs for each of the others spouse.

a day or two ago. I am sorry all that had to happen and your personal

Yeah. I heard abot that. The had ten people worked on at the same time.
All with spouses donating the organs.

I am a tough lil gurl, I figure now is the time to do the good deeds
since I haven't been that good of a person in my past.
