I was just wondering..if any one has litterly jumpped off a bridge into a body of water for fun..and how high it was and if anything happened after...
I'll start... i jumped off a ten foot bridge into the erie canal the first time ever doing something like that...it was blast!!!!! Then....that same day I jumped off a 25 foot bridge into the Erie canal...it was fun but i ended up tearing a tendon in my knee!! anyone else??? |

we all hung out there as kids, it was like 30 feet drop

when i was in sicily we jumped off clifs that were 50ft high when i hit the water it hurt like a son of a b***h even with shoes on lots of people would dive off them.

 i went looking for the quarry we as kids used to swim, jump in, it also had a big rope swing...but never did find it

I want to play in a rock quarry...but i cant find any around me...so i went with the next best thing...The ERIE CANAL!!!

Just once, jumped from a bridge into Bear Creek lake. The bridge was about 25' high, though it seemed higher looking down.
Lots of fun & would do it again

I skydive weekly and plan to go to Army Airborne School next year....

I never tried, but I might, and Ill make sure there just enought water for me to feell someting and be able to get up and let you know I did it ^^

I use to go camping at this spot up in CA with a bunch of friends maybe 7 times a year for 14 years. we would get a groop camp site and by the river there was a 60 foot cliff and I remember the first time I did jump, it seem forever to hit the water.
