I was trying to do it in a playful way, but it was taken way to seriously. Notice the "Laugh Out Loud" anagrams I used... didn't help at all.

I was pretty amused by it all.

You certainly came across as being pretty harsh and abrasive.


And yes, she was being judgmental over one word. She was making a point - and I good one I thought. In this setting the written word is pretty much all you have to go on when considering another person's character and compatibility.

But then like I said before - spelling and grammar seem to be pretty thoroughly lost here.

The point is we are ALL judgmental about that which is important to us. Anyone who claims otherwise is either an idiot, a liar, or without standards.

She was making a (very valid) point that many men (and I've noticed a LOT of women) don't seem to know the difference between "woman" and "women". The difference is quite significant and rather annoying to read over and over again.



And no, your hypocrisy claim is still unfounded.

She made a statement over a word being misused.

I simply flipped that around and made it into a grammatical issue, to have her see what she was projecting from another's point of view.

It was a simplistic method.

I do respect her opinion, but two wrongs never make a right.

If others are not intelligent enough to follow what I was trying to point out... it's not my problem. They should be more open minded.

I just hate it when people rant about doing something, while they are doing something to the same effects.
