Nothing is worth losing a friend over...but u shouldnt just walk away from that... Talk to the guy first...see if its something u want to persue....and if it is...and it just wasnt a fluke...talk to ur friend...tell him how u feel...if he's truely a friend he'll want u to be happy...dont look too much to the future..and the what-ifs...live in the day..take it day by day...theres no point in stressing about things that havent happened yet...and may never will....

This is a f*cked up situation. I mean, in all honesty...you simply tell the guy that likes you, but you do not like him in the way he likes you, that...well....you don't like him like he likes you. How hard is that? Seriously, people get all bent up over something that they shouldn't. Here is the deal...least how I see it.
You are not a g/f to this guy right? So, if you have dated him and nothing has come from it, then why sweat this? You feel something for the other dude. Hey....great! Move on it and see what happens. Oh right. Problem is the two guys are friends. But wait...the friend feels the same about you like you do him. Yeah...the friend is basically being a wuss. I understand friendship and all, but the reality is that there is no relationship here with you and the one guy. Just tell him the deal. You don't like him like he likes you. End of story, let's move on, and find someone we wanna date. Yeah, it will hurt him, but dragging it out will make it much, much worse. And, while you will fell like sh*t at first for doing it...it will be for the best. |

okay, i'll step back and be upfront but i just wasn't sure if i should go out of my way to talk about it or let it come to me. That is usually when you get bit in the ass. Waiting, when you know how you feel, is the worst thing to do. It makes you go through all the crap you are currently enduring (most of it emotional I am sure) when it could have been avoided. I just believe in being upfront about what you want. No sense in hiding it at all. |
