Hello all my fellow JSH family, friends and even ones I have yet to meet...the reason I am so happy is because I am on my 4th day of not smoking and I feel great...it was hard the first couple of days but after that I got use to it and now this...JSH is my new addiction lol!
I feel good though I can taste and smell again and my fingers and toes are warm again...I just wanted to share this cuz I did it cold turkey no drugs or counseling I just quit!! Anyhoo ty for listening Love all of you....Jenn!!

(((((Jen))))) Congratulations, I can only imagine how hard that was to decide to do. I know many people who are addicted and have tried to quit but the addiction got the better of them. Congratulations

congrats....don't pick up....u wil then be a smoker again.. mistake I made..thought oh hell just one..ya right.. I quit on my own 2x.5yrs off, 3 on 7 off..3 on,and I am going to join u... and never touch them nasty things again.. Bet u will be smelling better soon.....lol congrats again.....

Awwwwww everybody is being so supportive this is sooooo great, I am happy I did this now when I have such wonderful people to back me up and whoop me back in shape if I want to slip.
I am excited at least now with a guy I meet I don't have to be scared that they don't smoke and I do cuz now I don't and won't!! It is a nasty hyabbit and one I am happy to get rid of...Now what I am going to do is I am going to take the money that I normally would spend on smokes a month and set it back and save it for a trip for me and my son and maybe that special someone if he slides into my life by then!!!
