I was at the club last night just being my whimsicle self and noticed a bunch of guys in the club taking their shirts off for some strange reason. They arnt all built like gods but still alright.

I walked over to them with a smile, scratched one on his back and asked the group if "this is where all the sexy topless people were hanging out?"

ROFL all the guys thougt it was GREAT and i ended up hanging out with all of them all night. Granted im short in comparison to them but it was still fun.

Anyone else have a line that actualy worked?

So did you have to take your shirt off to join them??

I was at a gay club once, and ended up dancing right next to this HUGE group of shirtless gay men. And they were gorgeous. So I leaned over to one and said, "Can I dance with you? I get that you're gay, but you guys are gorgeous!" They were gay, but it worked, and maybe it would work with a straight guy!

Oh, and on my birthday last year, I approached a table of 4 or 5 straight guys (I assume). And I just started with, "Hi, my name's Kelley, and it's my birthday. Which one of you is buying me a drink??"

Ahh Yes the simple line. hehe. Love it. I hope they bought ALL your drinks.

Just curious why you would want to hang out with guys that take their shirts off at a club? that's like hanging out with the guy that is wearing a shinny shirt named Chet... why again?

LOL Its a Goth club seeing cute guys without shirts is normal but still fun. Plus they had great tats.

Only guys who approach me at clubs are old friends or the strange ones. Much easier for me to approach the guys then visa versa.

he wears shinny shirts and leather pants in 90 degree weather...that just breeds bacteria and infections and ingrown hair...chet is gross.

I'm not a lady, but I figure it has to do with equality. there might as well be the same amount of women who come up to men as there are men that come up to women.

On a personal note, thanks for trying to make it nearly impossible for me to meet some one. I'm not sure I'd have the courage to walk up to a girl I don't know and introduce myself... maybe, I'd have to see.

Joshy, you will never hear me preach about the equality of men and women...we are different in many different ways. No one is better or worse...just different and not equal.

Why was I approaching men? Well, I was more than a little inebriated, so that had a lot to do with it. But also, if I want to be treated and seen as an equal to men in the world, then I should act like an equal, right? What's wrong with saying hi? I'm sure it makes guys feel good to be approached by girls sometimes (and I try not to be creepy..)

Call me old fashioned, but a simple "Hey, whats up" usually works for me.
