Okay I just saw a Halloween photo of myself on my ex's and good friends myspace page. All i can say is EWWWWWW. I look like i should be holding a rolling pin and have curlers in my hair!. I wont be wearing THAT costume again *sigh* sucks to because i REALLY love it.
Makes me realize i need to stop with the gosh dang walking 5 miles a day and start RUNNING again. HOPEFULLY I'll look better by NorWestCon in April. Anyone want to join me runing at 6am?! |

I useto run on Mon, Wed, Fri and walk tues and thurs but fell out of the habbit. Last month I got back into walking mon-fri but now yeah... Im going back to my old schedule lol

You can go with me to the gym..usually 6 days a week when I am in town. We start at 6 am til 8 am, then go to work, then a quick 45 min breakdown (usually abs/upper body or lower body (alternate days). We'll have you back in shape in no time! But you prolly still won;t be able to keep up! |

I've been running for almost thirty years, that's right i'm old, and here's one tip. Start slow and short. Running is my drug of choice and it's legal

Thats not that far around here. Always wanted to see if i could run the 20 miles to the next town though. |

you burn more cals with weight trainin then cardio..
i usually do no cardio unless prepping for a show, it's all in the diet |

About 2 years ago I lost about 12 pounds or so doing a 20 day running program and running only. Since they have a fitness center at work I do cardio and weights both I guess they next time I do weights I'll wear my watch and heart monitor and see how many calories that burns I know when I'm on the treadmill for 45-60 minutes I'm burning about 700-800 calories.
