ya'll have left out some important ones I say 1 men are just dogs, they have only one thing on there mind 2 never believe any rumors you hear from other nor start any about others it will always come back and haunt you 3 never think you can change some one to be the way you want them you will only be disapointed high five back 4 tell em to tell the young men, that there dad does not take kindly to them being hurt and he takes a personal interest in her happiness 5 tell her if she can say no for 6 months and he still is coming back he may be sincere MUAH!!! Don't be a skank.....men will fu*k ya but will never take ya home to momma 2. Be truthful and honest. 3. And don't settle for anything less the greatness in a man. Have fun chicas. I will share with you the Mantra I have been teaching every any girl for over a decade now.. (you would be amazed at how many can recite this verbatim! LOL LOL )
The Just Say NO Mantra for young ladies: It doesn't matter how good he looks, It doesn't matter how good he smells, It doesn't matter hwo good he treats you (he is supposed to treat you great anyway!) And if he REALLY loves you - he'll buy them for you! (I added that line after the birth of my last child! LOL)
Actually, when my daughter's friends are with me, they know they are held to the same rules/standards I expext from my girls.. To remember you are a young lady and shoudl be treated as such. 1 - NO words across your butt... there is NO reason you need to use your a$$ as a billboard.. Draw attention to your face, not your derierre. And to remember.. you can be sexy & alluring WITHOUT dressing like a harlot. 2 - Do not let anyone treat you like chit.. not even yourself. This falls under my *Self Responsibility* talk.. 3 - EDUCATION! Learn as much as you can and never stop learning! Yeah.... I can be a pretty tough Angel *fixes halo*

I am NO prude... and I love, laugh, hug, sing and enjoy life... I raise my girls (and any who willlisten) the same way. I talk with the boys too... but it is the girls that I have found need the most guidance. Every single child in this area, whether they have met me or not, KNOW to call me if they are ever in a jam. EVERY girl in my daughter's grade (jrs in HS) know to call me if they are somewhere they feel uncomfortable. A lot of times these girls just need someone to let them know they have options! And even more than that.. they need someone to help them THRU the learning stages! It is one thing to tell them, another to be there to back up your words... I back up my words. Since the 1980's women have been portrayed to be sexy lust kittens 24/7... little girls trading in baby dolls for make up and mid-drifts. Nope.. not here. And we have fully discussed the whole *do not judge a book by it's cover* concept.. including the FACT that while I raise my children to base their opinions on actions/words not just looks.. that OTHERS do not subscribe to this way of thinking. Abd if they are hanging with kids that are bad news, dress like tramps, etc... then THEY will be judged the same. Nutshell..... Be a lady, know you are responsible for your actions, get an education... and Live life fully!
