does it take before you can make a new account?? i want to deactivate my account and make a new one right aftet..but it is telling me that there already is an account with that email address!! i want to use my same email address but just change my username..can someone tell me wassup?

Some accounts take up to a year to clear e-mail addresses. Either find another e-mail address, or maybe write to the site. That is the only advice I can give.
