Topic: Sitting Around The Canadian Campfire - part 2 | |

It was Great..
Was only -20 this year so we did a double-dip just for the hell of it... You going to restore that beast?... |

Good morning Canada..
Rise and shine... Daylight in the swamp.. Coffee is in the pot.. Get up, get up where ever you are.. |
Good morning Canada
Little kids don't let you sleep no matter what time you get to bed. I'm thinking about stuffing a 514 cubic inch Ford big block into it. It'll be far from original when I'm done with it. |

Northern winds softly whisper
in my ears...."where's the beer?".... |
What's with the BC liquor stores? Do they all close at 8pm on a Friday night?
I'll need to remember to get beer before 6pm today. Damn socialist governments. They should privatise liquor stores. Then I could have my own! |

Kid...
When you get your happy butt back to the fire we sould set up a still... My Grand-pappy in Texas taught me when I was much newer but I still remember how to get 'er done... |
I probably shouldn't admit it but I built some custom stainless steel pieces for a refractory still a few years ago. I have yet to receive my first complimentary bottle of vodka.
There we go...
We set up a still and you can do the running in that truck of yours... Might have to change your name to Billy-Bob-Bobby-Joe for running purposes.. |
Who said anything about letting anyone else have any?
I built the pieces for someone else and they said I would get a regular supply for my contribution to the cause. I'll have to make a phone call when I get home. I should have a 45 gallon drum of 100+ proof vodka waiting for me by now. |
aged to perfection of course..
I wondered about that before. Is there any need to age vodka? Can't you just tap right in to the still and drink it? Or an IV drip right off a line?
you are lucky that I'm an
alternative practitioner...one IV line heading at you.... |
I'm terrified of needles but I guess this is one time I could suffer with it for the few seconds.
I have practiced on many slabs
of Canadian bacon so it shouldn't hurt a bit...Now hold real still... |
I'm a lucky dog today! I get to go for a car ride!
I'll be back later. |
Be safe out there...

I think my brother wanted some alone time. He left without me.
He left you with the kids?...
Yup
My sister in law is having a nap. She's not feeling well so I get to keep an eye on the critters. |
A critter sitter?...
What have you gotten yourself into out there?... Hope she is feeling better soon.. |
