I don't know what goes on in Manitoba
as I live in Ontario...
Just closer to the border than anything else.. The closest city is a 4 hour drive West of me and the closest city to me in the East is 5 hours away.. 
So where I am leaves nothing to do except watch the snow fall and wait for spring....
