I graduated in may 2007..and did a semester in college...but know i am applying to a different college and not as a transfer student...because of the fact that i got put on acedemic probation....would I go back to my high school and have them send my transcript to the new college?

legally you have a responsibility to tell them about the other college. But yes most likely

If you think your last college grades would help you go ahead and use them. If you think the college grades will hurt your chances of being accepted forget them and stick to the high school grades.

I wondered the very same thing, but a friend of a friend is an admissions counselor and told me that they can, though rarely do, actually kick you out if you lie about (convieniently omit) your last school.

That sucks....I only passed one class and my credits wont transfer to the next school...and it would definatly hurt my chances getting into a 4 year school by putting down my previous college transcript stuff....

not necessarily. Sometimes they understand people make mistakes and are more serious the second time...besides save your money and take a semester or two at a community college

I just did a semester at a community college and I hated it ..that would be why i had such crappy grades...i quit going because it was a bunch of bull****....
