Jeeeezzzz....you would think a man would sympathize w/ his problem!!!

youd think a human would have a little compassion for a 19 year old kid that started working for them since THE DAY AFTER HE GRADUATED almost 2 years ago and has only missed one day of work because of a medical problem ,sometimes people are just plain sick in the head!
  yes slavery still is prominant in society....

Dear diary.......that is ILLEGAL and they cant fire them and if you want the number to Labour relations I have it somewhere.....

I would laugh at that employer.......cause I know a few tricks.......
all legal of course.
I had one boss try to tell me that xmas wasnt a stat.........hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! 
<-----had a few slimey bosses that I got Labour Relations after........they shouldnt have messed with me!!!!!1

I'm sittin here , thinkin , should I call his work and ask or tell them about the heavy lifting thing? should mommy mettle? I'm gettin a bit upset thinkin about a few things here....

I think you should call his doctor and have them fax a statement to his work stating that he can't lift heavy things.

You need to kick some azzzzzzzzz sometimes!!!
I think I only became strong because I was messed up by so many bosses and people.....

I had one boss who tried to make my life a living hell because I wouldnt go out for dinner with him.......and he would ask me all sorts of questions about my sex life.......I told him that was not appropriate to talk to me about such things....I ended up telling him to go fukc himself.......my last hairstylist job before my current career.

I had a Chef like that , he said something very inappropriate in front of the workmans compansassion guy and me about the twins that also worked there ....AND THE COMPO GUY LAUGHED !!!!!

that was my last job before they hauled me out of the work force , it was also UNION !
I made their lives a living hell on my way out!

workmans compensation isnt labour relations though.....labour relations fights for the worker!!
But anyways a boss cannot fire someone because of a medical problem or they will be under major scrutiny.......

question of the day....... should I "try" call my sons work they often dont answer the phone but I could leave a message .... and tell them hez still havin problems an take it easy on him ?? hez 19 , should I leave it to him to deal with his work ? sometimes I dont know where to draw the line ...my kid/almost adult? |

He may get razzed at work if his mom calls but at the same time would probably believe you more than him......tough call......what type of work?
