Songs or books that just hit home for you emotionally? I know for me the song "Mountains" by Lonestar always draws a tear to my eye. Don't know why, just hits the right nerve. The book Island of the Blue Dolphins has the same effect.

"Love Without End, Amen" by George Strait always gets me.. as does "Leader Of The Band" by Dan Fogelberg. I lost my dad a year ago in August and it's still fresh in my head and heart. )=

Yea also "Tell Me I Was Dreaming" by Travis Tritt gets me because it was playing the night my dad died nearly 11yrs ago. Still gets me every time.

Well that's good he is getting a new one. I am working on getting a new phone too. Mine broke a while back and I didn't have insurance on it. But anyway, it's been like 11yrs since my dad died and it was expected because he had all kinds of health problems so I am used to it by now. Sorry about your grandfather tho.
