Been there Jim, but i guess go in with an open mind see what happens, stay positive, you never know.

i will NEVER do that again, but on the other hand, i know people who are still together.

I think for me to actually GET a date..He'd have to be blind.

RUN! LOL! Blind dates are AWFUL! Had a blind date New Years Eve..well was very turned off when he turned and gave his 15 year old son a beer at the party! WTF!

I went on ONE blind date. We met at Carrabbas, he wouldnt drink a glass of wine because he was afraid it would interfere with his sinus medicine. He talked about scientific stuff for the first 30 minutes. Then he left and I chilled with the bartender for a while. No thanks, Id rather be single.

My first ~ and only ~ blind date lasted 6 days

never been on a blind date man sadly never even been on a real date dude so can't give u advice you are more ahead than me is all i can say!

well the fact that she's a blind date , you can do what ever you want in front of her and she wont be able to see you ..

Had one experience ......disaster....very very bad.....kids still laugh and tease me about it....thing is we talked on the internet then the phone for 2 months....had plenty of time to fess up that his pic was 15 years ago...date lasted about 2 hours...then he had the nerve to ask me out to dinner again....so good luck.....I won't do it again...

3 years ago i went for coffee with a guy i met in a place like this ... He invited me to a coffee shop, we had agreed to meet out side, went in together, I ordered the house coffee $1.30 the server looked at him asked his order he said ""I'll wait till she pays to order mine, this is seperate!"" HOW CHEAP can you be,
But really I didn't "notice it" , it wasn't something i thought about, Until a few days later (after we had talked at the coffee house for over 2 hours, it was actually nice we had a lot in common.) so when he called me asking to meet again I really don't know why i said this-- But i told him "well i'd like to but pay day is friday and i don't have the money for a cup" (remember it was $1.30) He said O'h well i really want to see you again ...so you call me when you get paid........ Needless to say the next time he called,,, the next 5 times he called I was busy. I don't want a guy to spend BIG bucks on me But gheese it was $1.30 for criminie sakes!!!
