is it me or...we all have issues about our bodies or self that we find imperfect or discusting or it bothers us greatly. does it bother you when someone of the opposite sex compliments these things all the time or tells you how sexy it is when you yourself find it horrible?

examples:

you have a big nose and they tell you how cute your nose is all the time

you are overweight and they tell you how sexy your body is


silly things like that...its like it brings it back to your attention the things you dont like about yourself...hell i dont know if im making sense...another one of madam's rambles....

I get a bit irritated when people tell me Im tiny all the time......like i dont know this???

If it is a heart felt compliment then the issue lies inside of us to accept that our view of ourselves can be very far from reality sometimes and that goes both ways from the very conceited to the low self esteem. I guess we have to accept that they may see it differently then we do.

I try to be honest and tell everyone that i'm chubby and or a fatty and they say no your not! and i'm like o boy yes i am just all the fat from my face congragated to my ass!

Even though we may not like things about ourselves I've found that those compliments are true most of the time.. I like a like a larger nose on man a nice straight bridge but they a lot of times think it's too big.. Believe them Madam I think they'd avoid it if they didn't mean it.. We're our own worst critics... We can be appreciated for what we think are flaws and found sexy even though we think only Victoria Secrets models are the ones that are sexy... Muuuuaah love ya lady!!!

thats it brenna...im a big girl, i know what i am....so i dont like when a guy tells me im not and starts with the sexy body crap, lets face it...it is what it is...i love me dont get me wrong and im confident in who i am, but i dont have to BS myself to love me...oh hell im rambling again lmao

If I thought you had a cute nose I would tell you, If I didn't think you had a cute nose I wouldn't say anything.
Same with your body.
If I thought you were sexy I would tell you.
Also I am honest to a fault if you don't want to know the truth then don't ask, however I do like honesty do if I ask don't lie to me , just tell me the truth even if you think it will hurt my feelings.

Madam just because your a big girl doesn't mean your not sexy.
There are other things that could make you sexy

i guess you are all right. what one perceives as beauty the person next to them may not. beauty is in the eye of the beholder. my issue is my weight. but then again, some men adore bigger women...its all in how they see it i guess.

i know alot of guys who actually prefer larger women....and i understand...i prefer bigger guys. skinny guys just dont do much for me....

maybe that is because i am a big woman, i dont know. but i think it's great when a man prefers a size 26 over a size 6..makes me smile.
