Topic: I need input from my Jewish friends | |
---|---|
I am doing a group project for school (Our Ethnicity & Family Counseling Class) and we would like to get some input from practicing Jews( and even non-practicing Jews)about what your stereotypes (or strongly held beliefs)of Christians are?;
What would your thoughts would be if you had to see a Christian counselor? What issues would generally drive you to see a counselor in the first place? Obviously these might differ for orthodox Jews, so please specify for me in your answers what tradition you practice. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR DEBATES OR CONVERSIONS OR QUESTIONINGS OF ONE'S PRACTICES OR BELIEFS. I AM STRICTLY LOOKING FOR INPUT FOR RESEARCH. SERIOUS POSTS ONLY PLEASE. |

why would anyone care what religion their counselor is? as long as they are not trying to convert you to their religion or force a particular religious belief upon you then the religion of a counselor is not very important i wouldn't think.
