oh, so you must be on the east coast now... lol...you will have to get one of those nose things lol I'm sure that getting back to a climate I'm used to will help a lot. This cold dry weather is taking a tole on my sinuses. Not to mention, my hands and feet are always feeling like sand paper to me.

i have to shoot off now, i only popped on to send peachie some things but ive got to go into town now and do some things. i hope you manage to have a good sleep at some point cos you need it hugs!!! dont do anything strenuous atall, and thats an order!! just take it easy

oh, that does not sound good... 
my skin gets so dry here in the sacramento valley 
it actually hurts and burns...like what yours sounds like 
i constantly have to put coconut and almond oil on
those oils and shea butter are the best ,
for skin moisturizers as far as what i know of and have tried

those oils and shea butter are the best , for skin moisturizers as far as what i know of and have tried I don't think there is a flat surface in this house without a bottle, jar or tube of some type of skin moisturizer on it. Maybe in the basement..but I doubt it. I could probably bathe in the stuff and it would be of little help. My body just ain't used to the low humidity yet. |

finally went to sleep at 5 am ,
and woke up at 9:30
but i feel pretty good,
especially better
after i had my foo foo vanilla nut creme coffee
with raw orange blossom honey & frothy whole milk
