I'm sore from working out yesterday... Oh well, that means it's working. Very true. About the most I can lift is 25lbs but I do what I can. With one arm or with both? |

Well there is nothing I can do about my back, I was born with a hole in my spine and am paralyzed from the waist down. But I keep in shape the best I can. I do have decent upper body strength because I use a manual chair. Right now I am also working on losing weight. Not easy but it's happenin
