I have an honest question for religious people According to my Bible -- and everyone else -- God created the earth and all living things on it. How do we explain dinsaurs? There is no mention of them in the bible I read, yet we have physical evidence that they did exist. I am not trying to start anything so please keep it civil, I'm just asking an honest question. There is evidence in the bible of dinosours. They are mentioned in the book of Job, in the old testament. Chapter 40:15-24 it describes the Bronotsaurous Chapter 41:1-34 speaks of a large animal called the Levithan, today we would call it a dragon, that lives both in water & on land, the interesting point is that in verse 18-21 it speaks of the Levithan breathing fire. Makes you think.... |

Your think there would I agree, but the Bible is not assembled in cronological order either, the book of Job is actually written long before the book of Genesis. Its a possibility that the dinosaurs died off after job was written & before the next book was penned down.

Sooooo, all those human bones from the days of the dinosaurs must have been eaten by the dinosaurs so there is no remaining bones. Cause other wise we would have found human remains next to the dino bones, right???

Well what ever gets ya through the day I suppose.
Ok this is my take on it.....Think about how they found the dinosaurs....They were all climbing up......up to escape something.....Some still with food in their mouths.....The only thing that would explain them climbing to get away is water...If it were a great explosion...they would of been none the wiser and just died....But they were trying to escape the rising water.... thats my take on it.....and I am sticking to it. |

would you keep food in your mouth if you were struggling for air?

Here is a great site that can answer most of your questions: http://www.answersingenesis.org/ I love this site!!!! It is absolutely hilarious. My kids & I read through different sections for pure entertainment. ![]() As a matter of fact, two of my favorite co-workers are Pentecostal, and even they think it's ludicrous. Good one Spider! |

Artesian wells are actually the rare occurrance not the norm for the "watering" of the earth. That's true, for today. We aren't talking about today, but what the world was like before the flood. yeah and how all that water got into your wells...by magic? And then cames out again..by magic. It's really all simple if you believe....in magic. It's really simple if you think about it. There are 8,200,000 km3 of ground water. A There are 264,172,051,000 gallons per km3 B For a total of 2,166,210,818,200,000,000 gallons of ground water. Well...have you ever noticed that puddles dry up after a rain? Some of that water gets reabsorbed into the air as water vapor, some is drank by thirsty animals and some of it seeps down into the earth to fill aquafers. |
