I have never been to a massage therapist OR a chiropractor. I should probably go sometime though

yea, they're both amazing. if you have health benefits i would def say go for it.
i purchased an inversion table it helps. but just bein adjusted and havin scar tissued broke up. |

I think I still have some ligaments that havent completely healed. I have great days and then I have today days, where just walking is a huge challenge. The girls said Im doing excellent though, it hasnt even been 4 months and for the most part Im walking normally and most of the swelling is gone. Doc said at least 6 months. Considering I never went for any follow up....hope I havent screwed anything up permanantly.
