Winter winds blow
Frigid cold air swirling around me Snow stinging my face Skies so dark and gray Cannot tell night from day Shoulders hunched over Hands shoved deeply in pockets Walking through the storm Weathering through another one internally Here or there, does it really matter? Searching for something that simply isn't meant for me So I walk on, snow stinging my face Winter wind blowing Skies dark and gray Cannot tell night from day Resigned to what it is Knowing thats its enough |
