Will willingly surrender her flesh, Lest she meet her untimely death. She walks the street in every city her feats Are as mean as they are great: To find her appropriate mate. But this poor erzats girl with the pretty curl, A smashing beauty with quite stunning breasts, In silk and lace and a formfit dress. Not one of us is a wallflower. None Will spend not one hour tonight, Alone and at home in self-pity's grip tight. So the goddess Eve, the heroine of me, Shuts her eyes, plots her revenge, Her furious anger and envy to avenge. She lifts her hand in raging command, But this erzats girl with the pretty curl, Dodges with the cunning of a man of the world; Off goes poor Eve, defeated, she grieves, Is it better to plot or be friends? If the latter she chooses, good things will begin. Danielle LaReaux c2008 |
