“Grain of Sand”


I’m but a mere grain of sand.
Here within God’s hand.
But the life he has given.
So many times has been proven.

He will always stand tall.
For what he has gave us all.
Here in our time of need.
With him we do not have to plead.

All one must do.
Is to remember he loves you.
He will never turn his back.
If you stray he will always take.

You back within his arms.
And keep you safe from all that harms.
To find him you do not have to look.
Just open your heart and read the words in his book.

He will never judge.
Nor will he hold a grudge.
With his eyes he sees.
Life has made him an expertise.

His life has been told.
About a man that was bold.
Upon the cross he gave.
He showed all he was brave.

That day he gave his life.
He paid for our strife.
As we remember him and pray.
Always give thanks he gave his life that day.
