Next day to three days is cool for a call. Talk on the phone a couple of times and see if she suggests an outing if she doesn't then by the third call ask her out to a public place that she had told you she liked already on the phone. Oh and don't stay on the phone for too long at first. An hour is good. Let her know you have a little bit of a life of your own. This makes a woman not feel smothered or pressured so much in the beginning. Make the first outing casual and laid back as both of you will be kind of nervous. Do not spend too long with her the first time though. A couple hours at most. Work up to longer dates as time goes. Don't ask to see her every night. Let some time pass in between.
