hey, my name is dan, i live about an hour out of the city. first time using one of these. i love to sing and play guitar and bass, work on my various art projects for my own personal enjoyment, writing, collages, painting, hoping to start sculpting, drawing. i plan on learning the drums soon and possibly the violin and random different instruments after that. my ten year plan involves moving to europe, london specifically and opening up my own coffee shop as well as other entrepenurial investments there. i love my cat benjamin truffles with all of my heart, as well as pretty much all animals except for insects, for which i am deathly afraid, especially those that fly. currently i work in the position of kitchen preparation work, which pretty much entails the chopping and peeling of random vegetables and fruits, and lining various foods on trays awaiting to be taken away on catering orders. the work might be monotomous, but it allows me to work on becoming more fluent in spanish and the people there are all fabulous, which makes up for the most of the negatives. on my days that are not occupied by manual labor, i read a lot, again work on art, and quite often make trips to chicago, where i spend most of my time at lincoln park zoo or thrift shopping. i guess that is all that i can currently tell you about myself on a casual introduction, but the depths of my character some might find intriguing, so i suppose it is just best to leave it at that.
