Actually Debbie the term "Man Law" was a advertising campaign by an American Beer company. A bunch of guys sat around a table and discussed such heady concepts as "Is it OK to carry someone else's beer by sticking your finger in the neck of the bottle?". Yeah. Just look it up on Wikipedia.
