I was doing great until a tenant called a few minutes ago... I have to go take apart the drain of a stopped up sink. I know what they did (ran peelings down the garbage disposal) and I know it's going to be a long nasty messy fix.
Dammitall anyway! It's too cold to be going outside, even if it is just across the street!

Hmm, be glad you don't work where I live. My idiot neighbor upstairs, who was home all day yesterday, didn't notice her apartment flooded. By the time I got home, mine was flooded as well.

yeah Suz, like everything else it's just 10 or 20% of the people who cause all the problems but the stupidity of some amazes me.
Like the guy who didn't complain about the leak in his bedroom until the ceiling was hanging down so low you couldn't walk in the middle of the room anymore... OK, I gotta go deal with this... if no one hears from me in two hours send a rescue party.
