Ok....my friend Zack and I have this bet going....lol and I need to lose more body fat than him... so what do you recommend? first thing get your diet down... 5-6 small meals a day, eat every 3 hours. eat clean, this well help speed up metabloism. now follow this diet in macro nutrution which is ie: 45% carbs 35% protien 20% fats. you can google it macrobolic nutrution and it will give your more specifics.. can't break a diet down because i dont know your maintance calories or you bf% and weight.. you will have to track that. do some weight training.. i would recommend some circut training if you cant afford a trainer or you can search dynmaic works out and learn those exerices you would def enjoy them more then equipment.. cardio, low impact @ target heartrate.. this is just some basic shiit Well thanks muscle guy! I workout 6 days a week...but mostly cario...I need to up my weight training.... and I suck on my diet! I'm all over the place...I will check it you... Appreciate it! |

Aww darn =P Only kidding. I don't need you to. I've been doing really well actually with keeping my view of me positive. It will only be enhanced by kind words from a friend, or even random people, which I get sometimes. I remember my first IM on this site "You're pretty cute, you'll have no trouble finding someone" (or something like that) Of course he was like...in his 50's, but it wasn't as creepily said as you might think.

yes well for the most part i'm happy with myself & i try hard to keep myself up..but it does help when a man takes the time to let me know that he like waht he sees & that i'm special to him.I dont need to turn a hundred heads..Just keep 1 mans head turned to me for the rest of my life & I will be Happy..If he thinks I'm beautiful..
