I ate about 4 ounces of chocolate cheese yesterday and was baked. Ok! Ya get bored go to eau galle cheese factory.com. Look around on the site. You will find chocolate cheese. The history story is pretty cool too. They rock! Oh and there's no more 5 pound smoked string cheese. We ate it all. Buuuurrrppp sowee!

Squeeky cheese is cheese curds out of the tank. Eau galle makes em flavored. We are nibbling on cajun cheese curds right now! They have dill flavored and jalepeno which are HOT!!!

If you are like gypsy and you are a cheese or chocolate junkie you might as well go to the best and spoil yourself. They have many cooking cheeses that freeze well in your freezer until needed like parmesan and asiago. Hey thumper have you snacked on any of the exotics I sent you?

Pat, Tillamook has a big cheese factory there its pretty cool to go on their tour too..

My favorite nibble cheese is cinderella gryere. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Yeh and you gotta be rich to nibble on it. Sell it by the ounce.

I made the mistake of drinking tobasco bloody marys and beer chasers before we went to the cheese factory yesterday. So I sampled everything. And I mean like 135 different cheeses. I probably won't sh!t for a month! Ha ha ha ha.

We have more micro brewries and wineries around here that.I would need a liver transplant halfway through!
