got vicks vapour rub?? put some on your feet an put your socks back on before you go to bed , you'll sleep like a rock.........

ohhhhhhhhhhh yaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....Ive heard about this......Im wondering if its because all of your nerve endings are on the bottom of your feet???? Do I have to wear socks to bed though?

ahahahaaaaaaaaaa omg flashback!!!! I had a friend who was from costa rica, and I remember her telling me about "Veeks Vapper roob" and I had no idea what she was talking about.....and Im like this? Finally I figure out that Veeks Vapper Roob was Vics Vapour rub!!!!! hahahaaaaaaaa oh she never lived that one down!!!!

you dont have to , it helps some how or it just keeps the goop off yur sheets. I think I will do that tonight to havent been sleepin so good , I do it at least once a month it works .....

you know what works really well??? Ear candling......had it done.....they put a candle in your ear and burn it on the other side.......it takes out the fluid.....they massage your face in all the right places to drain......while they put a hot blanket on you......I doubt if I can find a place around here to do that though......

I've herd of that .......Candling.... the thought freaks me out though ....... hot wax burning through my brain an out the other ear....
