popcorn retains some of it's fiber content. But shells either come off or are hard little bits left on. Mostly, they come off. The nutrition is in the shell. So you are no longer getting the nutritional value. After you butter your popcorn, the fat content kinda overturns the fiber value. It is still a way to add fiber, but also a whole lotta fat.

People get on a boat, cargo goes in a boat. The airplane industry got a lot of its terminology from the ships because as it was replacing the passenger ship industry as a way to cross the oceans. |
