Go for it -- I'm in the process of one too. It's tough work but one never knows unless them try. TRY if only you do it for yourself. No, what they wanted me to write about, was way too much for me to handle at the time. And, the time has passed for that particular subject. But, maybe someday. Mostly, I just spit out all the crap and throw it away. There's some stuff, I wouldn't let my worst enemy read, way too scary

I posted and I was scared to death; but I'm not afraid to let my friends see my poems and articles. My ex loved that I could write -- I still get alot of encouragement from him. In fact he's needing the 1st manuscript of my book for editing; he was an English major. Go for Nick -- let me see something.

I took pain killers because I had no idea that I was being given them lost a week of my life. Just because you partially amputate something they think you need to be drugged up

it took a lot for me to post it, Nicki, and until I hit the post button, I wasn't sure I was gonna have the guts But, I always say that I need to do things I've never done before, so there we are. Me too -- somehow it's easier to take critism from close friends instead of people who don't know you. When I pushed that post button I did it for me because I had to.
