The cold blustering winds
are raging out of control
Sending a chill deep
down into my bones
Waiting and wishing
for spring days to arrive
Bundled up in my blankets
with a deep heartfelt sigh
waiting for the sign
that says I am on Just Say Hi
Warmth spreads through my bones
as the screen appears
to show me friends that I know
really care
Far apart physically we may be
but together each day
with the help of the screen
we are as close as can be

The cold blustery winds
are still blowing outside
but here with my friends
The chill in my bones
slides away with the heat
of the caring that comes
from knowing that some day we shall meet
Disagreements with some
will be found
But knowledge of love
is always around
Friends close to the heart
are what I have found
in this online life
of Just Say Hi
So with a sigh of relief
I am so happy to say
I was able to sign on for another day
