I cant go to bed early.....even when Im tired or sick.....I know I should but then I cant sleep....... Its these stupid hours I have.......I mean if you work 9-5 do you go to bed at 6????? I need down time to unwind......

ya I know I get home an I'm pumped I used to work banquets at night some times , weddings etc... dont get home till like 2 am an your vibin from work for a couple hours after , I know..... hot bath ?? tea makes me sleepy at night...? prolly shouldnt but it does?
