I have watched many Bollywood movies, read movies reviews, then blogs written by Indian women.

The impression I get from reading reviews, blogs and online news services are Indian men are emotionally attached to their mothers and too afraid of relationship expressing themselves. Whoever mother says they will marry, they will marry. It's a cultural dependency syndrome you will not change.

At your age, I would be living life to fullest potential. Just go with the flow and seek out a westernised man weaned off mother and ask the hard questions before emotionally committing.
