I have played dozens of RPGs, from tabletop to computer. I am writing my own tabletop RPG.
So far, the best RPG universe I have seen in EverQuest. I love the story and how they have intertwined everything. Unfortunately, my character in EQ is to the point that he can only advance very slowly solo or in a raid, so I quit. |

A MMO Thread, Thanks Squall!
I'm 'indecisive' gamer. I bounce between 4 MMO's while occasionally picking up any RPG on PS or PS2. Currently I'm subscribed to EQ2 leveling my Ogre Zerker - "Field Worker, Hunter of Orcs." I also have accounts on FFXI, WoW, and LOTRO (Technically I'm subscribed to this since I have the lifetime account). What MMO's have y'all played? Spider - Play any MMO's since EQ? My first dabble in the online fantasy world was on EQoA for PS2 when I had a 7 day free trial. It's all been 'downhill' (or uphill depending on how you look at it) from there. And if we're grabbing new nicks for this thread, as much as I love FFVII, I'm going to have to grab Vivi because of my love for the lil guy with a whole lotta (magic) power! |

Never played Xenogears, but basically any RPG that Square makes is golden. Only wish their FFXI support and and their actual hardware used/systems/etc. were better.

I loved Xenogears, but the universe wasn't that interesting. It was kind of a letdown how it ended. But the characters and story was great.
I have played WoW (70 Warlock), Eve-Online (Minmatar), EverQuest2 (43 Necromancer), GuildWars (don't remember and don't care), LOTRO (beta), Pirates of the Burning Sea (beta), Tabula Rasa (beta), Hellgate: London (Beta) and most of the other popular MMOs. I still play Eve-Online and EverQuest 2, but neither come close to the pure addictive power of EverQuest. |

hehe i dont play MMORPG's much anymore lol
but i have tha critically aclaimed PS2 game "Hack" and this game is basically a singler player RPG only tha twist is, tha game is about a MMORPG lol so its like im playing a MMORPG within tha one player story game oh and Xenogears my god if you have no tried or played this game you wil definently want to find it for tha Playstation 1 console this game will take you breath away and this trailer will truly show you watch tha intro form there our choice to play this game it is truly one of tha best ps1 rpg ever created to this day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyVRSim-fQI |

I loved Xenogears, but the problem I always had was the game would crash on me and delete the saved file I had, TWICE! And it was always 30 hours into it, I got so mad that I quit ever trying to play it.
The best experience I had was Final Fantasy 7 because it drew so much emotion out of me, I cared for all the characters (except Seph cause hes a douche for killing my fav character) and I always cry when I hear her death theme song!

why did it crash??? i heard before and now there is some kinda bug to it i played it via emulator on my pc though so i didnt get much crashes and no way it would delete save file im sorry dat truly sucks hell especially when you got through like 7 hours of this game this game is so much text to read its pratically a novel lol

And the bosses of Xenogears are insane hard. I was more ticked off that i had to replay those fights than reading everything over again lol
