Hello,

A friend of mine has an account on here but is unable to log and has asked me to post in the forum for help as he is still waiting for the support team to respond.

"Hope you can help with a problem.
I am unable to log into my account linked to this email address.
After entering the email address and password,completed the captcha I get a screen saying Mingle2 redirected me too many times and to try deleting cookies and cache etc which I have done.
I am using a desktop pc with Windows11,Google Chrome browser which is up to date and have tried using Edge browser and the issue persists.

mingle2.com redirected you too many times.



Try deleting your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Any help you can give will be appreciated.

Humm so did they send you that in your personal email or here??

They need to contact support themselves about the issues..

Normally they will only look into issues if the member themselves contact them..

Hi,

Personal email as he cannot log into his account to contact me on here.
As stated in the post on here he is still waiting to hear from support.

I think it is possible to email support@mingle2.com without logging in.

Depending on how much tech-savvy your friend is, he may find a way to fix the error from one of the websites listed in:
http://www.google.com/search?q=err_too_many_redirects+chrome

I've passed that onto him and he is still unable to log in.
This certainly is a strange problem.

Things are getting stranger as his acccount is showing as deactivated but he has not been able to log in to do that nor has he received email notification saying so.
