Sandie do you have the flu? No, head cold... Rub Japanese mint oil on your chest before you go to bed. I'd help you out on that one but distance is the problem. Geez, Tom, I'm plum out of japanese mint oil....will left over candy canes work? Could do. You may have to grind them up and and mix it with whipped cream.

Now that is just not nice. I prefer being whipped gently so it doesn't break the skin. It also depends on who's doing it.
