I've been dealing with not being able to last long in bed for a few years. It can be a real downer. I think most women are understanding, but some can be real harsh about it. Wondering if any guys out there have found an effective solution? I'm thinking about trying something called delay spray.

Get very good with your fingers and tongue and they won't care how long you last inside them. Study female anatomy and you will be surprised just what you really don't know and neither does the woman about herself.

Self esteem is closely connected with sexuality . Sorry you have encountered harsh partners .. that is a reflection on them.. not you . It can be difficult to separate themselves from you when it comes to shared intimacy and it could be their self esteem was affected also .
Continue to seek a mutual attraction .. someone who is understanding, supportive and knows how to communicate .
