It is saying I have an unread message but I don't. Please can someone get this removed from my account

It's systems, it will vanish of own. ignore it.

Can also happen when someone who messages you gets booted off or blocks you or similar, they seem to stay forever in those cases.

Thanks guys its gone. I unblocked my last block and it disappeared
