how can I delete sent MSG from my side?

Desktop: Open Mail, select chat, underneath message box you will find the option to delete. App: Open chat, select which chat you’d like to delete, at top right of screen you will see 3 dots, click on that then you will see the option to delete.

i want to delete only one msg in chat... not full chat... and want to delete for both side...

You cannot delete a message on another account. Once you send a message it can’t be deleted.
