Hi Nice Admin,
I hope you are having well and safe. If I may, I would like to ask you what's the reason of this issue. From December 2020 I don't receive a notification on my email, when someone sends me message. What's the reason that I don't receive on my email this notification? I marked it in App, and it is marked too if I log in from the website Mingle2. I will grateful for your kind answer. This could be a technical glitch. If you have your notifications turned on and still not being notified by the site of new messages then I suggest you contact Support who will help. This is the link https://mingle2.com/welcome/contact_us
