Same here, Gypsy. It spreads so fast where I work. Fortunately where I work it is like a revolving door the way the help comes and goes. I usually get along with everyone and have found there are more than one way to do things. I think the drama sometimes is just a way to fight boredom. I think I am developing a mother hen attitude or maternal instinct. It could be my age, not sure, but finding it is good to have good friends to talk to so I don't go back to be totally quiet but sometimes I am finding it best to let some people find out things on their own. A person can just help so much then ya just got to kind of step back and nature take its course.

I think its more of a power struggle than not rainbow.....girl gets out of school, thinks she knows evvvvvvvvvverything......tells ppl who have been doing this for years and working there for years what to do.......pizzzzzzzzzzzes me off!!!

I have seen that happen where I work, Gypsy. Where I work it is an experience ability versus a college know how. OJT or experience is sometimes the best teacher. I think it can stick with one longer.
